Panza Srl guarantees full satisfaction on your purchase, reference is made to the current legislation regarding the right of withdrawal in favor of consumers (Article 52 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
If, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can request their return and obtain a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

We remind you that if on delivery the package should show any damage, to enforce the GUARANTEE the customer must SIGN THE RECEIPT WITH RESERVE OF INSPECTION by having the courier write in the RECEIPT what are the visible damage, if the COURIER does not allow it REFUSES THE PACKAGE.
In the absence of this procedure, the replacement of the damaged goods WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
Methods of the return procedure
To activate the return procedure, you need to do the following:
1) Send an email to reclami.panzasrl@libero.it specifying, as the subject of the message, "Return Request";
2) Specify the purchase order number together with the code of the goods to be returned and send the request;
3) Once the request has been received, our staff will send a confirmation email containing the Return Authorization Code;
4) Send the package within 14 days of receiving the goods. The responsibility and the costs of shipping the returned goods are charged to the customer.
Return conditions
In order for our staff to accept the return request, the following conditions must be met:
1) The guarantee seal and the authenticity label, present on all products sold on our site, must be intact;
2) The returned products must be in the same conditions in which they were shipped and must be packed in their original packaging;
3) The goods must not have been used, damaged or, in any case, altered in any other way.
4) Damages caused by incorrect and / or improper use of the returned material are not guaranteed.
Panza srl also undertakes to replace free of charge any products with proven defects or products that do not conform to the order. Any defects and / or shipping errors must be communicated by the customer, in writing, within 8 days of receipt of the goods, and at the same time returned to Panza srl.
Always within 8 days of receipt of the goods, and simultaneously with the communication of any defects and / or shipping errors, the customer must communicate in writing to Panza srl his preference between the replacement of the goods and the refund.
Evasion made
Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, Panza srl will proceed with the refund by reversing the credit card used for the purchase or by bank transfer, or by sending the replacement goods.
The customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods, the shipping costs and any customs clearance costs are at his expense.
Finally, it should be noted that, pursuant to Italian law, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by final consumers, i.e. by people who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity.
In case of failure to collect the ordered goods, the return shipping costs of the package will be charged.
